This is the homepage of a
Korean short film, Sunyoung's Letter.
The main theme
of this short film is the sorrow and grief of a handicapped
couple who are members of a Korean old circus.
The
circus business has declined in Korea and theirs is
the last in Korea. Being circus performers, the handicapped
parents are having difficulty in educating their normal
daughter.
They decide to send her to catholic school
for her education.
As the director of this film,
I worry that many foreigners don't know the situation
of Korea and the emotion of the Korean people.
All
the staff including myself did our best to produce this
film and our next film will be about the Korean Civil
War.
